Math Teacher Rigney to Receive Life Service Award

Saint Ignatius math teacher, Kevin Rigney, will receive a Distinguished Life Service Award from the Mathematics Teachers' Association of Chicago. Rigney will be one of just two to receive the honor this year. The award presentation will take place on March 22 at St. Pat's High School. Please join us in congratulating Mr. Rigney on this outstanding achievement.

Join Us in St. Patrick's Day Parades

Calling all Saint Ignatius Students, Alumni, Future Alumni, Parents and Friends -- Please join Saint Ignatius in Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day 2018!   This is an exciting year for Saint Ignatius as we will be marching in the Countryside, IL and Downtown Chicago Parades. We would love all students, staff, alumni and friends of Saint Ignatius to march with us. Parade Information is as follows: 

March 10, 2018 THE COUNTRYSIDE ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADEThe parade steps off at 1PM on Kensington Avenue at 61st Street and proceeds one mile—ending at 55th Place & Edgewood. We will line up at 12:15pm near the starting point of the parade, and march as a unit!   

March 17, 2018 THE 2018 CHICAGO ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE Join Fr. Caruso, Club Erin and the Saint Ignatius Pep Band in marching in the downtown parade. The Downtown Parade begins at 12:00 noon, and will be broadcast LIVE this year by ABC-Channel 7! The parade starts at Balbo and Columbus, and parade units will proceed north on Columbus Drive. We will line up at 11:00 am. Line up location is yet to be determined so please check back for final details.  

We will have Green Saint Ignatius hats, scarves and ear bands available for purchase at both parades. Everythign is $10. Marino '52 Honored for 45 Years of Service

Charles Marino '52 was first appointed Mundelein's village attorney 45 years ago, and earlier this month dignitaries past and present celebrated his service as he reflected on the important cases that shaped the town. CLICK HERE to read more.
